FAQs

* HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

The best way to ensure accurate sizing is to be measured by a local, reputable jeweller.

It helps to decide on the width ring you would like and go into a jewellery store and try rings on in that width. Once you find the correct size, have that ring measured on the jewellers sizing mandrel.

If you are ordering a wide ring (wider than 5mm) being measured with a wide band sizer also helps.

It helps me a lot if I receive the inside diameter (in mm's) of your correct ring size.

Please get in contact if you have a size question.

* I NEED MY RING QUICKLY! CAN YOU HELP?

Orders normally have 3-5 week turn around, depending on current workload.

If you are in a hurry, please get in contact and see if I can make yours quicker.

*WHAT IS PALLADIUM WHITE GOLD?

We do not plate our white gold jewellery. Palladium white gold is greyer than the bright white chrome colour of (plated) white gold jewellery that you may see in a commercial jewellery store. It is a premium alloy and a good alternative to those allergic to nickel white golds.

Palladium is a natural white metal that is very durable.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

All surface treatments will change over time. A matte finish will eventually turn shiny and shiny, high polished surfaces will in time turn matte. To bring your jewellery back to a high polish, you can lightly use a polishing cloth. To give your jewellery a matte finish a very light buff with a green scotch brite (dishwashing) pad can do this for you.

*Wear Instructions

It is best to remove jewellery before using any cleaning products containing bleach and also before entering a chlorinated pool. Chlorine eats away at gold and eventually can lead to metal breakage if continuously exposed.

It is ideal to remove (rings especially) jewellery before exercising, specifically if lifting weights.

STERLING SILVER VS STERLING SILVER WITH PALLADIUM, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

AGPD -This sterling silver alloy is a superior silver alloy. It contains a small amount of palladium in place of copper. It is harder and more dense than traditional sterling silver. This alloy also makes your jewellery more tarnish resistant than regular sterling silver.
